As the New York Times reports, "The photographer Zed Nelson found over time that the faces looking back at him in countries around the world were becoming more and more alike.

“Globalization hasn’t just given us Starbucks in Beijing and shopping malls in Africa,” he said. “It is also creating an eerily homogenized look.”
